ISSUES are within the model of same discipline.
CLASHES are among different discipline models.
Our focus is on ISSUES. When the individual models are properly setup and modeled, they will lead to accurate Clash Detection process.

Elements Data Checkup
Reviewing client’s Design Team models (Architectural, Structural)
Visual quality checkup - generating report with screenshots and comments
Revit quality checkup - generating report from model
Modeling in 3D (using Revit software) from received 2D drawings (DWG, PDF) and generating Issue Report (in Revit, Bluebeam, and Excel format). Focus is on the Design Teams model quality.
Producing estimate report
Modeling done by 3D Virtualmode with ISSUE process and report, prior to accurate Clash Detections.
ISSUE process and report performed on the models provided by the client, prior to accurate Clash Detections.
Clash Detections performed on the models provided by the client without ISSUE process and report.
3D modeling and generating HD Pictures or HD Animations from received 2D drawings (DWG, PDF)
Site setup in AutoCAD and delivery in both AutoCAD and PDF formats
3D Site Setup in Revit with equipment (trailers, cranes, logistics) on Google Maps
The Client can visualize their project from different angle using Cardboard VR by scanning QR code on their mobile phones
Creating Cut/Fill reports (based on received CSV point file and existing surface in CAD).

Extensive knowledge in creating precise model of existing structure from Point Cloud file supplied by the client
Model disciplines can include Architectural, Structural, Ducts, Pipes, Electrical Equipment and Cable Trays. Focus will be on elements that potentially can clash with new model design or replacement elements
